Other Information Achievers Day Nursery is a family run nursery which opened in April 2013. We are a purpose-built nursery with excellent facilities and resources for 0–5-year-olds. We have seven separate childcare rooms which allows children to be free to play in an environment that is safe and where children can play and interact with children of a similar age. Our facilities include built in milk kitchen, cot room and toilets, indoor soft play and climbing areas, bottom garden and outside terraced play area. We also prepare home cooked meals each day We offer flexible booking system which allows parents and carers to book a week in advance for the days and hours they require. Our parents and carers are not required to sign a contract and pay-as-they-go. We have a team of 40+ which includes many qualified and experienced practitioners alongside a dedicated Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO), in-house trainer and receptionists available to answer any queries throughout the day. We have built in safety features including a facial recognition door entry system, automatic computerised photographic checking system, restricted access monitored by reception, alarmed doors on entry and exit to prevent unauthorised entry and exit, CCTV across the setting. Th building is also fully compliant with all current fire regulations and has raised handles preventing children from exiting the rooms, hot water temperature restricted in children's rooms, safety electrical sockets. As well as this, we ensure mandatory OFSTED staffing ratios met or exceeded with all staff being subject to enhanced employment checks.
