Laira Green Preschool is unique in that it is a teacher-led setting at the heart of the school, providing children with a strong foundation for their learning journey from the very beginning. Being fully integrated within the school environment allows for a smooth transition into Reception, while still maintaining a nurturing, play-based approach. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed around language development and the rich tradition of nursery rhymes, helping children build early communication skills, confidence, and a love of storytelling. Through songs, rhymes, and meaningful interactions, children are immersed in language in a way that supports both their social and academic growth.

What is Offered

Funding available Offers Extended Entitlement (30 hours)
30 Hour funding may only be used for a morning (8.30 - 11.30 am) or an afternoon (12.15 - 3.15 pm ) session.
Any child attending for a full day will not be charged for the lunchtime session (only their lunch should they choose to have one provided)
Any child attending only a morning or afternoon session is able to add a lunchtime session at a cost of £3 (plus a meal should theychoose to have one provided)
