About Tilley, Rebecca - Child Minder
Other Information Our names are Rebecca and Carl Tilley. We are a husband and wife childminding team, I am an Ofsted registered childminder and my husband is an assistant. We make a wonderful partnership, providing a safe, stimulating environment for your child to learn, discover and have fun. We balance each other out beautifully, as I have a very caring and nurturing nature, and Carl, is very playful and easy going. We live in a beautiful spacious home, with a designated playroom, at the Red Row Vision development, in Devonport. Which is a close distance to the city centre and next door to the dockyard . There are parks close by, where your child can enjoy outdoor activities and games, like football, rounders etc. Also shops to go to, and a library to choose books, to read for story time. We attend playgroups weekly, giving your child the opportunity to socialize and make new friends. Indoor play includes activities like cooking, messy play, sensory play, puzzles, arts and crafts, salt dough/play dough, building and creating masterpieces for the parents. We also take trips down to the Hoe, Barbican, Aquarium, Mount Edgecombe, Saltram and have picnics in the warm weather. We are always available for daily chats and provide a diary, of what your child has had fun doing and seeing day to day. We are both active and creative people, which like to make every day exciting. I started working in nursery schools in 2009 and gained a NVQ Level 2 in Children's Learning and Development. Am also a member of the Professional Association For Childcare And Early Years.
