Other Information I'm Anne Riggs, a highly experienced Plymouth childminder based in Eggbuckland, and close to Higher Compton and Marsh Mills. I have cared for children for thirty years, watching them develop into happy, bright and young individuals. It's an incredibly rewarding experience. I offer safe, flexible care in a home-from-home environment. Children are encouraged to take part in a wide variety of activities where they mix with other children of differing ages and backgrounds, having fun, learning and developing their social skills. I provide high quality professional childcare for children aged from 3 months to 5 years. I do this in my own home, creating a safe, homely and relaxed environment for your child. I work closely on a regular basis with an informal group of like-minded childminders as well as attending various activity groups, enabling the children to form close friendships with both peers and the childminders they meet regularly outside of my direct setting, developing valuable social skills and exploring the wider world. My usual business hours are 7:45am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday. I offer term time contracts with the possibility of some holiday cover. I try to provide flexible childcare so additional hours outside of these may be negotiable. I accept Free Nursery Education Funding vouchers (often known as 3 and 4 year old funding) and Workplace Childcare vouchers, helping to make childcare more affordable for you Parents can provide the meals for their children themselves, or I can provide your child's meals. All meals will be in conjunction with my Healthy Eating Policy. If I provide meals then my fees will be varied to take account of this. If you chose to provide your child's meals, then I'm always happy to serve your packed lunches or reheat cooked meals that you've made at home. If I cater for your child then I will provide healthy, nutritious meals and can agree a menu and meal options in advance with you (including provision for any special dietary requirements).
