About The Cabin Childcare Centre, YMCA - Day Care

Other Information The Cabin Childcare Centre occupies a purpose built nursery for children aged 2 -4 years, located at the rear of the YMCA building in Honicknowle. We have a large integrated room for the children to play, learn and make friends; catering for different ages and developmental needs. We also have a small room which is used for small group time, and quiet activities. Outside there is a large play area, featuring a mud kitchen, play house, tunnel, and much more for the children to explore. The nursery is open from 8am to 5pm, offering full and part day care. All 3 and 4 year old children are eligible to attend a registered preschool setting using government funding for 15 hours per week during term time, from the beginning of the term following their 3rd birthday until they are of school age. We accept me2 funding for 2 years olds, and 30 hour funding where eligible.
