Other Information We are a purpose built Nursery, recognised as Good by Ofsted. We have extensive garden space for your child to explore and be excited by the wonder of the natural world around them. We have a forest school area in which magical experiences occur such as creating forest creatures, building dens and making bread twists under the guidance of trained forest school leaders. Our baby room is homely so that your child can feel secure in a cosy atmosphere in which to begin their journey with us. The baby space is designed to support their growing personality and independence under the watchful gaze of our attentive, caring baby room team. Toddler room takes your child on the next leg of their journey with space to develop further with greater access to age appropriately challenging equipment. The focus in this room is independence and social skills with planned activities to build on your child's emerging interests and skills. Your child's day could be filled with endless possibilities for fun as they build structures, role play dragons or doctors, paint, listen to stories and sing favourite songs. Pre-school is all about getting ready for school and building on established friendships. Here your child will become excited about learning with a science shed to experiment in, a cave to tell and listen to stories in; a writing station to master their pencil control and a numeracy area to count, group, match and sort all sorts of equipment.

What is Offered

Funding available 2, 3, 4, Offers Extended Entitlement (30 hours)
Sessions available include: - Full Day: 8:00 - 18:00 - Morning: 08:00 - 13:00 - Afternoon: 13:00 - 18:00 Funded hours can be used across any combination of these sessions, over a Term Time or Stretched basis, dependent on the individual needs of the family. Funded hours are not applied to a set day or session. This Nursery holds a minimum booking of 2 Morning/Afternoon sessions, or 1 Full Day per week is required, with any changes to bookings requiring a minimum of 4 weeks notice to the Nursery both in and out of the funded weeks. We stretch funded hours across 48 weeks of the year. This means you receive a maximum of 11.88 hours per week for the 15 hours scheme, or 23.76 hours per week for the 30 hours scheme. If you require any additional hours over and above the funded entitlement these will be charged at our standard rate. The remaining four non-funded weeks of the year will be charged at our standard rate.
