Based within our Foundation Stage Unit (FSU), our Nursery children work alongside Reception to experience a progressive curriculum covering all aspects of EYFS. We accept children into our Nursery class as soon as they turn 2, although early years entitlement funding will begin the term after their third birthday. The classroom is divided into dedicated areas to allow free flow play in all the areas of learning including a role play corner, numeracy area, messy play area, book corner etc. The children also have access to a safe and secure outdoor play space with multiple learning areas.

Age group - 2: 4 per hour, 12 per session, 24 per day, 120 per week. Age group - 3: 4 per hour, 12 per session, 24 per day, 120 per week. Age group - 4: 4 per hour, 12 per session, 24 per day, 120 per week

Funding

Two Year Old Funding Available Offers Extended Entitlement (30 hours)

30 hours

Children can start from 2 years old. We accept Me2 funding and the extended 30-hour entitlement or parents can pay for the sessions their child attends. The children also have access to school dinners provided by the main kitchen for the primary school. These will come at a cost, or children are welcome to bring a packed lunch. We also offer wraparound care at an extra cost. Our day is 9am - 3pm, with funded hours being able to cover the full day should you want it. We also offer half a day funding as well. Our half day sessions are either 9am - 12pm or 12pm to 3pm.
